Gift wrapping and packaging
All our kits come packaged nicely in a colored box with a label and bow. It is an extra charge if a card and gift message is needed. We will write out your gift message on a nice colored card in an envelope.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, send us a message and we will try to accommodate custom orders.
Care instructions
Succulents are low maintenance plants! Each kit with real succulents comes with care instructions. Water 1-2x a month and plants at least need 4 hours of light a day.
Delivery Discrepancies
I follow the recommendation of Etsy and the USPS for any package delivery discrepancies.
* I DO NOT reship orders for free that customers report haven't been received when tracking information shows the order was delivered.
* It is the customers responsibility to check with their local post office and carrier as to where the package was delivered per tracking info. The USPS will check the gps coordinates when teh package was scanned to confirm delivery.
If a package was stolen from the customers home, as the seller I am not responsible for stolen packages. It's recommended to file a police report.
Packages Getting Returned by USPS
It’s the responsibility of the buyer to provide a CORRECT shipping address. It’s also the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional fees if they want their order shipped by FedEx or UPS instead of the United States Postal Office. I DO NOT refund orders that get returned to me because of insufficient address. I only reship orders for the second time if the buyer pays for shipping again as the USPS will charge me! When shipping dirt and real plants, these packages are not easy to reship for a second time.
Is your delivery date guaranteed?
No, we can guarantee that we'll ship by the date we promised, and if we didn't, we'll expedite the shipping to compensate for our failure to ship on time. We CAN NOT guarantee what the carrier will do, and we hope you keep that in mind all along, Once we hand them the order, it's out of our hand and we can't control that process. That excludes damaged packages, if your items are damaged, we'll file an insurance claim or refund you for the few damaged items. It's o
