Payment should be made via Paypal or credit/debit card / Etsy pay as soon as you have placed your order. Failure to do so will result in your order being delayed.

I aim to post items within 3 working days. If you need your item more quickly then please contact me and I will see if I can meet your needs.

All orders will be wrapped appropriately. I can also send your order by any of Royal Mail's other delivery methods upon request although this will incur extra charges.

Overseas orders will be sent by the most appropriate method. The customer is responsible for any import/customs charges that may be applicable.

Information I Collect – To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information via Etsy such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information when required for custom orders if you contact me directly.

• I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
