Quick and accurate response to my purchase, delivered within a few days. Information re progress of package and delivery all good.

Does it need to be packaged in plastic? I buy second hand books to help recycling. In our borough we cannot recycle plastic. Could you use paper?

Excellent company

Excellent company . Bought a refurbished Apple Iphone classed as very good. In fact it was in pristine condition. Delivered in a few days . The 12 month warranty is extremely reassuring. Would recommend this company not only for phones but for an array of other goods .

Great choice and service

Wide range of phones to choose from and very competitively priced. Delivery was prompt and items were well packaged. The returns were easy enough as the packaging from the new phones were re-usable. It took me a little while to understand I didn’t print a label, it’s done at the Post Office but apart from that, a very easy process.

Music magpie is a must

A great way to get the smart phone or games console you want and spread the cost ,buy refurbished at a cheaper rate than new ,fully tested with 12 months warranty .
I have had a few bits from music magpie now and the service is faultless.
They even buy all your old phones and tablets, games and consoles, highly recommend 5 stars

Great prices for used dvd's

Great prices for used dvd's. A great source for dvd's in original release rather than heavily edited on tv and streaming services. Don't forget too that.most dvd's will also have film ads. ar thr beginning which is a great reminder of films and often unheard of ones....😊

Bought two iphones so far...

I've bought two phones from this company. I've chosen 'good' condition ones rather than 'very good' or 'pristine'. When they have arrived I found that they were perfect condition - just like brand new. Perfect for teenager and saves spending four times as much with Apple. Recommended.

Bought the IPhone 12 mini with its Pristine description and was not disappointed. It appears to be brand new and is immaculate. Ordered during an afternoon and arrived early the next morning with emails regarding the mailing progress. Pristine item, excellent rapid service.

Phone supplied absolutely Pristine

The phone was absolutely pristine and much cheaper than a new IPhone and arrived on time as expected. Only comment is that it comes up with a message that it has an unknown battery.

Very fast and efficient selling procedure.

Having decided to sell some unwanted items I went to Magpie's site and had sold them on-line fairly quickly. Aside from a few which were unwanted or MM offered too little I got rid of most of the stuff.
The Post Office option for sending meant I could box and send the stuff the same day.
Took only 2 days for the box to arrive at MM and the payment to my bank was authorised the same day. Very efficient. Pity I don't have more old stuff to get rid of.

Not all good as usual this time ordered…

Not all good as usual this time ordered 3 dvds , 2 came straight away great- then received the 3rd as a blue ray
got back to music magpie customer services very helpful- where a replacement dvd was sent.
To my surprise another blue ray was sent (Final destination 4)....communication error somewhere...!

Poor battery health

Bought an iPhone 12 plus in pristine condition. Battery health only 84% which I do t consider “pristine” however music magpie do.
Took three days to respond to me and both replies would not answer if they thought selling an item under pristine was fair for 84% battery health. Simply stated Apple say over 80% is healthy. I pointed out that Apple state under 80% needs replacing but generally I’m upset that they sell an item with low battery marketed as pristine. (Prior to Xmas they stated pristine was over 85%)

Great Quality Products and Prompt Delivery

Bought from Music Magpie many times and never been let down with the quality of the product, or the delivery time! The only gripe I have with the website is that when searching for 3D Blu-ray films it only reveals a small selection. However, there are many more available but it takes ages trawling page after page trying to find them!

Good way to purchase gadgets if you are on a budget

The items arrived well packaged and were tracked so I felt confident that they would be delivered. The website was very easy to negotiate and there was a lot of choice. Both gadgets are working well and we hope that they last for some time. We are on a budget and this seems to be an excellent way to source gadgets if you are unable to purchase from new.

Iphone missing in box

Iphone missing in box. Ordered an Iphone 14 pro max 512GB on the 15h April. After over a week of delay in delivery and numerous emails being sent, got it delivered today 24 April. However, only Giffgaff adverts were found and iPhone charger. Iphone never came and now I need to wait another 2 weeks for claims team to get this sorted. Ordered from Musicmagpie before, never had problems but it seems during the delay of over 7 days one of the Musicmagpie delivery guys must have stolen the phone as when the parcel arrived, the weight of it seemed very light and half opened on the side. No questions towards Royal Mail as they only received the parcel from MusicMagpie yesterday and got it delivered today which puts minimal suspicion towards them
