What are the Payment options?
I accept payment via Paypal, credit and debit cards.
If you should have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Do you offer guaranteed deliver dates?
No, I only offer estimated Delivery Dates. Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates, not guaranteed deliver dates, sometimes there are delays, completely out of my control that may increase the deliver time.
I do ask that you allow a full 30 days for your order to arrive after it has been marked shipped before requesting a refund due to non-delivery. Sometimes the post office does run a little slower than it should.
If you tell me you need your order by a certain date I will do everything I can to get it to you in time but if your order does not arrive in time I cannot issue a refund for late delivery.
Are the packages trackable?
The packages are shipped by the postal services trough registered mail with a tracking code. After shipping I will send you an email notification with the tracking code.
The package will always be trackable until they leave Portugal, after that it depends on your postal services policy, some countries don't offer tracking info on registered mail so for those countries the tracking will stop once the packages leaves Portugal.
What happens if my package is unclaimed or I provided the wrong address?
I'll ship to the address in your Etsy accounts. Please be sure that the address on your Etsy account is correct.
If you don't claim your package, or if the package can't be delivered due to wrong address, after I receive the package back, I can refund you minus shipping cost, or reship your order once you repaid the shipping cost.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Please be aware that you might incur customs charges/fees/taxes from your home country, make sure you research those and are aware before you buy. These fees are not included in my shipping prices and are your responsibility.
Returns will not be accepted on international orders due to customs fees.
Do you ship everywhere?
No, I don't ship to the following countries: Brazil, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia.
Any order made from these countries will be cancelled and a total refund will be issued.
Return policy
Every effort is taken to ensure that you will 100% satisfied with your purchase. If this should not be the case, however, please convo with me and I shall try to rectify the situation as swiftly as possible.
The buyer will not be eligible for refund if the article shows traces of having been used.
Personalized or custom made orders are non-refundable.
All refunds will be made according to the form of payment. You will receive a refund within 3 business days after the reception of the item and after checking if the item is in perfect condition.
The amount to be refunded is only the value of the item. I don't refund any shipping cost. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Wholesale availability
Unfortunately I don't sell wholesale. I do accept some large custom orders, but the timeframe is longer than the one on my shop and I don't offer wholesale prices.
