All signs (aside from picture blocks) come with a keyhole slot on back to hang flush on the wall. Signs that are to hang on a wall have an unfinished back which may have visible paint or stain marks. These marks can not be seen when hung on a wall and are therefore not relevant on the sign. If this is something you would like changed on your order- please contact prior to purchase.
