We sell items that are "Made To Order" and "Ready To Ship".
We will denote in the description of each item if it is "Made To Order" or "Ready To Ship".

"READY TO SHIP" items will ship within in 1 Business Day of payment clearing.

"MADE TO ORDER" items generally take 7-14 days to complete prior to shipping. Be sure to check the Shop Announcements for current turn around time.

RUSH ORDER: If you need a faster turn around time, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your timeline.

We try our best to accurately represent the colors used in our products.

Because of lighting, photo actions and computer monitor settings, the colors may appear slightly different when you receive your product.

We can not refund products because of color.

Spot clean when possible, as this will extend the quality and use of your item.

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Lay flat to dry. Do not wring, bleach, iron or press. Do not dry clean.

Because of the embellishments sewn on to the items, please handle gently and wash with care.

Hats and props are not toys! While we make every effort to ensure that our hats are safe for babies, we ask that you monitor their use at all times. Small parts, such as buttons and pom poms can come loose and pose a choking hazard. Always inspect your hat before putting it on our child. Discourage children from chewing on their hat or placing it near their mouth. Excessive abuse can cause the hat to come apart.

By purchasing our items, the buyer assumes ALL responsibility for its use, and understands that products should be used with adult supervision and shouldn't be used by unsupervised infants. The use of these products is entirely at your own risk.

CROCHET ITEMS:
We mostly use 100% acrylic yarn. The yarn we use is very soft and gently on babies delicate skin. We may occasionally use 100% cotton yarn that is also super soft.

EMBELLISHMENTS:
We use buttons, pearls, felt, fabric and faux florals to embellish our hats and props.
