The Jordan 1 is one of the finest silhouettes from the Nike archives; the shoe is an undeniable part of b-ball history and global streetwear.
The Jordan 1 Retro High ‘Lucky Green’ silhouette indulges in basketball history; they are inspired by Michael Jordan’s 63-point game against the Boston Celtics in 1986, really enhancing the sneaker’s lucky theme.
The trainers arrive with a smooth white leather base and have bright ‘Lucky Green’ overlays; adding to this, a black tongue, Nike Swooshing and laces compliment the shoe with bright red Air Jordan branding on the lateral sidewall. If you are into more subtle details, the insole has a parquet floor-inspired print which nods towards Boston’s iconic arena, ‘The Garden’. These are certainly ones for the collection.
The Jordan 1 Retro High ‘Lucky Green’ will be available via the size? Launches App, and in selected size? stores on Thursday 15th October. They will be priced between £40 and £140 in both junior’s and women’s sizes.
