All our products are handmade and customized that is the reason why we cannot offer cancellations or returns of orders.

We do stand behind the quality of our products, so if something is not right we will do all we need to do to correct it through repairs or replacement, depending the case.

Orders do not qualify either for cancellation or refund when the delivery time is delayed this because we cannot have control over parcels service. The production time varies according to the item. The times we publish do not consider the design process time if it is a customized item, but this are the tines when the design is approved and it is reported that the product will continue with the production process

Parcel delivery time in U.S., Canada and Mexico in all cases is 1-5 business days. For other countries 3-10 business days.

Our products are considering the standard U.S crib mattress size that is 28x52 inches but also we can make a customized size items if you need another size or a mini crib set for example, we can totally make it. For this we just need you to let us know so we can help you to check the price and create a custom order option for you.

As our products are made to order and customized specially for each of our clients and due the sort of the printing process, there could be variations on the final result comparing it with the digital format from the sketch or the pictures from our listings. This includes; the color range, some scale proportions and minimal design details. Reason why we don't make refunds or product replacement concerning the mentioned design matters. Although we always send a sketch to get closer to what our clients want.

If your shipping address is APO, FPO or DPO will take around 10-20 business days to arrive. This addresses also may apply for an extra shipping charge. If you have inquiries about this please contact us.

Some packages may be selected to pay an import fee (not very often). This is determined by the customs authority from the recipients Nation. The customer is fully responsible to fully pay the charge in case of being required by the couriers.

We cannot cancel any order or issue a complete or parcial refund if a package is selected to pay any tax or import fee.
