Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping or packaging, but will include a gift message under 100 characters, upon request. Orders sent outside of the United States must have content and pricing information due to customs requirements, no exceptions.
Custom and personalized orders
Many of my items are designed to be personalized and include instructions on what information is needed. Requested information such as Names, and Years can be entered at the point of ordering. For listings that are not personalized by design, if you would like to request custom change or variation, please send me a message or request a custom listing.
Multiple Item Shipping
If you are interested in purchasing multiple items and would like to save on shipping costs, please contact me before ordering. Depending on which items you are purchasing together, they may be able to be shipped together.
Sales and Coupons
Sales are offered periodically throughout the year, and I have coupons available for repeat buyers. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with sale items.
Shipping delays
Issues with shipping delays happen on occasion. Once the item has shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery times by USPS. If you encounter an issue please contact the us.
Returns/Refusal/Shipping Costs
Contact me with any concerns about items received, I will work with you to determine next steps. In the event of package refusal due to incorrect address or in the event of return, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to re-ship the item.
