5 out of 5 starsArrived quickly, and the price was right. I’m normally a Lion’s Mane consumer, but with this product on sale, I thought I’d give it a try. Early in the afternoon, I consumed, in a cup filled with 3 ounces of water one ml. of this Reishi tincture followed by same cup filled with 3 ounces of water with one ml. of remaining Lion’s Mane tincture, along with slices of a large, freshly peeled orange. This is Day 2 beginning that ritual, and I feel this product is of the highest quality, as my heel has been free of pain all day, without having to take an analgesic that I normally must take to manage pain, and my cognition performing under stress has been superb as well. Highly recommend, and thank you!

Domestic United States Orders - Shipping Delays
If your first-class package has not arrived in 7 business days from the date it was received by the post office, you may contact us and ask us to put in a claim with USPS to help find your package. If your order is in transit, we will not reship your order until the USPS resolves the case we opened; we cannot replace an order because it is late. We guarantee cultures will be free of contamination for 30 days from when you receive it.
Once an order has been received by the post office, it is not refundable under any circumstances.
If your tracking shows anything other than Delivered, including that the delivery failed, the addressee is unknown, or the package was returned to sender, you will not get a refund.
International orders - no refund policy
If your order has been received by Customs and assigned a Customs ID (under the tracking for your Etsy order) we consider your package successfully delivered and you will not be eligible for a refund/replacement under any circumstances. If your order is rejected by customs there are no refunds. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
You are ordering at your own risk and if your package does not get to your actual home but is received by your country, we will not replace, refund, or reship your order or shipping costs. If your package has a customs number, you will have to rely on your local post office to help you locate it. We guarantee cultures will be free of contamination for 30 days from delivery to the final destination.
My order was marked as Delivered in tracking, but is not there.
If your package is marked as Delivered but you cannot find it, check with roommates and neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. You need to call your local office, not the main number on the website. USPS has GPS tracking for every delivered package and will tell you whether it was delivered to the correct place as marked in the Tracking. We are not responsible for these instances, and will not reship/replace/refund your order if this happens. We are unable to report mail theft from our end - the buyer must put in a Claim with USPS that the package was stolen within 24 hours of being marked delivered if you suspect mail theft.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address or the post office is unable to deliver your package as addressed, you can pay an additional fee to reship your order after it has been returned to us. Your order is perishable, and is therefore non-refundable once it has been accepted by the post office.
It is very cold where I live, how do I prevent my cultures from freezing in the mailbox?
After we ship your order you can paste your tracking number into usps.com and opt in for email and text alerts for your order. This will alert you when your order is Out for Delivery, and then again when your order is Delivered.
Also on usps.com you can opt to have the post office hold your order at your local branch. This means you will have to go into the post office and show ID to pick up your order, but it will never sit outside in a mailbox.
Many of our cultures can survive some freezing, so if you have popsicle cultures give them a try!
