All deliveries are untracked unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer an expedited courier or printing service.

A parcel is only considered lost 30 working days* (10 working days* for uk deliveries) after the expected DELIVERY DATE (please see processing and delivery times). Only at this point will we issue a refund.

Breakages/Faulty
If you need to return your product due to a breakage in transit to you or a fault. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging before refunding in full or replacement.

Change of Mind
You are required to return the product in perfect order, unopened and unused and are required to pay for return shipping (we suggest tracked). We will only refund a product once returned to us (no product - no refund). If it returns back damaged, we will only refund the product to the value of the item revieved back.
Only the product will be refunded, ANY outbound or return shipping costs will be NOT be refunded.

Personalised Items
We do not refund personalised or made to order products or shipping.

Unfortunately the processing time is agreed with our print partner. Sometimes the turnaround is quicker than the listing states but cannot be guaranteed.

We will seek confirmation from the Royal Mail or courier that the item was delivered. When we have this confirmation, we will require you to report the crime to your countries Police service as this is a criminal offence. We will only offer a refund if we are supplied with the crime reference number relating to this offence.

Unfortunately, some of our delivery service are recorded so we cant deliver to a PO box.

So we can make sure you get your parcel ok. We require you to give us a complete and correct address. We cannot be held responsible or liable if you have supplied the wrong or an incomplete address.

We no longer deliver to the EU, EFTA or Northern Ireland. Any orders placed to the EU, EFTA or Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded.

I design all the items personally. However, I work with different print partners to produce the items, so you may receive several packages for different items as they may be made in different places or are shapes that don't travel well together. Multiple mugs generally come in one box, but may be in several dependant on the maker.
