We will activate it just before shipping. Please note that we only ship out Heatpack orders on Monday’s and Tuesday as we want to make sure they arrive prior to the weekend. The size shown on the listing refers to the size of the pot not the size of the plant. These are live plants so the size of the actual plant varies between each plant.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We work our hardest to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days.

Please review your shipping address and let us know IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the order.
We do not accept order cancellations once the order has shipped and some orders may ship as soon as 30 minutes after the order is placed. It is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to be aware of shipping delays with carriers and order a heat pack!! We are NOT responsible for damages or delays incurred in shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or replacement costs associated with items that are returned to sender or sent to the incorrect address. Customers are responsible for the costs of the new postage charges and may be liable for a replacement fee of 20% as plants that are returned to us may not be viable and we may need to substitute new ones.

DAMAGE POLICY:
Shipping live plants is risky--the customer chooses to accept these risks when an order is placed. Please be aware that shipping can stress and damage plants and oftentimes plants will arrive with some normal transit damage and will need time to recover from shipping. ***Please consider temperatures when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for damages that happen during shipment, this includes damage incurred by heat or cold.

Please contact us through Etsy’s messaging system within 36 hours of receiving your order if there are issues with your order. Customers must be able to provide proof of the issues/damages through photos. Do not in any way alter plants before contacting us about damages, plants MUST be in their original condition. Failure to contact us within 36 hours, provide proof of damages, or if alterations were made voids any refund or replacement opportunity.

All plants are different, and unless specified in the listing description, you will not receive the exact plant in the photo. We photograph the same crop of all plants, but choose not the best nor the worst plants to take photos of. Plants will be selected by us in best to worst order. We do not take individual photos of plants. There is no such thing as a perfect plant, as they are ever-growing and changing. Some plants may have minor cosmetic damages. We encourage customers to research and always ask questions before purchasing from us as we are here to help.

RETURN POLICY:
Please be aware, all sales are final once they are shipped. We do NOT offer a live guarantee on plants. Plants are living must be cared for properly. It is not our responsibility to provide care for plant after the plant is shipped out. We will do our best to provide continued care tips if requested. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not offer free return shipping. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds on returned merchandise to cover return shipping and stocking fees. Do NOT throw away any packaging as we may ask for you to return the plants to us. We do require all items to be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION (soil, pots, etc.) to be returned to us.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES
We do not adjust prices or issue refunds retroactively. This includes adjustments on previous orders where items go on sale or the price drops. Please be aware of sale terms and conditions.

Our email inbox and social media accounts are not regularly monitored, and all order related communication should be conducted through Etsy's messaging system.
