  The processing time for wallpapers is 5-7 business days and the shipping takes 4-6 business days to United States,  Europe,  Canada, and Australia.

Please provide your phone number in the order note. The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to Latvia.

Due to the fact that wallpaper is *made to order*, we do not do refunds/returns.

After receiving the product, make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the sizes are as ordered. If you have any issues with your order, please ensure to contact us before installation. Once you have installed, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange as you have accepted the item.

- Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct. We are not responsible to re-ship if it’s incorrect or your address has changed from that on your account;
- Colors might appear different, depending on your monitor settings;
- All orders will be processed after one business day, which gives 24 hours for you to notify if there should be any changes.
- The product is not recommended for brick, non-painted cement surfaces, textured or heavy painted speckled wall board, MDF or Porous surfaces.
- Installation results will vary on Teflon, acrylic gloss, stucco and eggshell painted surfaces.

How do you know how much you need?
First, measure your wall’s height in inches - this will determine the roll length you will need to order.

Next, measure your wall’s width in inches and divide that number by 19. Round that number up and this will determine the number of rolls you need.

Please ensure to order enough for your entire wall. As per printing industry standards, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match if items are printed in different batches.
