Yes. Most of the metal components used are brass, gold-plated, silver-plated, and antique copper. All jewelry is lead and nickel free.

Brass, the most common metal used in my designs, will patina over time. Some love this about brass, but if you prefer to keep it in its original form, keep it out of the water and direct sunlight, store it in an airtight container, and use a gentle brass cleanser.

Resin is a sensitive substance, so keep your jewellery away from extreme heat, abrasive objects, chemicals (such as strong perfumes lotions and nail polish) and submersion in any liquid, including water. Avoid leaving oil residue from your skin on your jewelry, as this will break down the resin over time. To preserve it as long as possible, clean it with a dry cloth after use and store it in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.

Yes absolutely I accept custom orders! I will only start working on your custom order once you have placed your order, even if we have messaged about the details. This is so that no resources are lost in the event a customer does not place discusses orders.

I have a large inventory of flowers and plants of many shapes, colors, and sizes ready to be made into something just for you. If you have flowers from a special event (such as a wedding) that you would like me to use in a custom order, don't hesitate to contact me and we can make it happen!

Yes. Every order is packaged in tissue paper and sealed in a striped paper bag with my business card, a designed sticker and a personalised note. Custom gift messaging is available upon request.

I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered packages, or damaged in transit items. Once I marked the package as "shipped" any errors or problems are no longer in my hands. ALL LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that mistakes are possible & buyers are at their own risk when purchasing.

I am sincerely sorry that I cannot estimate an exact delivery date since it also depends on your customs inspection and local post delivery. I try to reduce my impact on the environment in a number of ways: I recycle/compost most of the packaging or reuse what I have received. As well as this I wrap my products in recyclable/compostable materials, including the stickers, most from Eco-craft.com. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand parcel every time, but all of my packaging is clean and fit for re-use.
Any time I use loose peanuts I reuse 100% biodegradeable starch-based loose fill packing that I have received from my supplies. Your outer parcel may include "plastic" bubble wrap within the lining of the parcel but can be reused and I am trying to phase these out.

I do not include printed health & safety information for my resin pieces or how to use products eg moulds, as a way to reduce my environmental impact, but information on these issues are readily available on each product description
