Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee when you choose us to make your art and will do our darndest to meet that promise.
If your product gets damaged in the mail or during manufacturing, we will see that you get a replacement product or possibly, a refund. Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis, but generally, products that have been kept for longer than 21 days may not be returned.
Please understand that we do not operate the postal service. But we won't wash our hands of responsibility after we ship an item either. Happy to answer questions, remake and ship lost packages and work with you through any curveballs that might be thrown at us.

Just keep in mind that we cannot make any changes after the customer has given us artwork approval and the order is printed and shipped
Can I include a gift message in my order?
Yes, absolutely! Please mention "add a gift note" and then your message during your checkout process. You can type in your gift message there, and we'll include it on your packing slip.
Don't worry, we won't show any pricing information on your packing slip if you tell us your order is being delivered directly to the gift-recipient! So please let us know if it's a gift so we won't include the packing slip.
Can I see a proof of how my gifts will look before shipping?
Yes, of course! All personalized artwork will be emailed to you first for your approval. If you have any edits, we will revise the artwork until you're happy.
We do our best to create artwork that meets high standards from the get go, to avoid unnecessary back and forth that will cost you precious time!
Please note that the longer we take to do revisions, the longer it'll take for you to receive your final gift in the mail.
How long will it take to get my order?
Phase 1: Artwork creation - takes 3-5 business days.
Phase 2: Product printing - takes 2-5 business days.
Phase 3: Shipping - Standard: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! The only countries we do not ship to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
Yes, you can! If you spot a typo in your shipping address or you just want to change where your order will be delivered, just contact us to make the switch.
Please keep in mind however that we cannot change your shipping address after your order has been printed and shipped.
How is my order packaged?
Unframed prints are rolled up and packaged in cardboard tubes.
Framed prints are placed inside a protective foam pouch, then wrapped in bubble wrap and foam prior to boxing in cardboard boxes. This minimizes movement and absorbs shock during transit, ensuring safe arrival of your gifts!
