~ The nature of crystals is that colours and sizes will vary. Please keep this in mind when ordering and get in touch to discuss any colour specifications.

Clips&crystalsco is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).

Producers pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. Our Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.

~ Customer service is very important to us. Please get in touch if you are not happy with your order so that we can help. Leaving a bad rating doesn't help resolve the issue, so please drop us a message first. Mistakes/faults can occasionally happen with hand-made items, so please give us a chance to resolve any issue first.

~ We hope you fall in love with your purchase from us, but if you decide you want to return your item for a full refund, please contact us and return the item in its original condition within 14 days.
