USA:
- All orders going to the US are now sent with Chit Chats which uses USPS First Class Mail! No upgrades are available as the standard method is fast (4 to 8 business days) and cheap, fully insured with tracking!
CANADA
- Standard: Lettermail- 1-7 business days* (not guaranteed) - no tracking
*Except BC where orders can take up to 6 weeks!
- Xpresspost: 2-4 business days (guaranteed) - insured + tracking number
INTERNATIONAL:
- Standard: Canada Post Small Packet - 2-4 weeks (not guaranteed) -no tracking
How to proceed for an exchange or a return.
If you want to return an item you purchased, you have to contact me within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in perfect condition for the exchange to occur. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in perfect condition and a photo will be needed.
Custom fees charged for a return package are the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted form the refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable and are your responsibility. Please keep in mind that you’ll be charged a return fee of 5$ for an exchange.
The package is now your responsibility. If you don't have a tracking number and the package doesn't reach destination, I will not be responsible for the loss and the refund or exchange will not be made.
Are these made or safe for children?
No! The jewelry is made for adult. I really don't recommend to give my jewelry to a kid under 10 years old. They are tiny and not safe for small children.
Care instructions
My jewelry is made of sterling silver and raw brass and it will darken with time. It's completely normal for these 2 metals to oxidize when in contact with air or water.
If you want your jewelry to shine again, you can clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Another simple method is to use toothpaste (that has baking soda in it), an old toothbrush and water. Simply rub the tarnished piece like you would brush your teeth, rince and dry.
Do not wear in water or in extra humid conditions to avoid oxidation.
Piercings... how to figure the size I need and how to open?
Piercings are non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons so please make sure to order the right size.
Because each ear is different and piercings are not placed at the same eight, I can't recommend you a size without seeing you in person.
You can measure really precisely (in mm) the distance between your piercing and the edge of your ear. With these measurements, you will now be able to choose an inner diameter depending if you want a tight or loose fit.
Keep in mind that the thickness of the edge of your ear will also make a difference. For example, on the cartilage, there's a "bump" and it will also need to fit in the hoop.

My order hasn't arrived, lost packages... what should I do?
You didn't receive your order? Please contact me and we'll figure things out. More than often packages are still in transit and are only delayed. In some rare cases, packages are really lost and after an quick investigation with postal services, if it's indeed lost, I always take full responsibility. You must contact me within 3 months of the shipping date to let me know your order hasn't arrived. If you contact me later than that, no resend or refund will be possible.
Returned to sender...
Your package was not delivered and returned to me by postal services? No worries, I will contact you as soon as I receive it to let you know.
How do we proceed once the package is returned to me?
If the address is good and postal services made a mistake (it happens), I will send it back to you free of charge to the same address.
If there was a mistake in your address or it was incomplete, you will have 2 options:
- Pay shipping again so I can send it back to you *
- Get a refund for the item's price only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
* Please note that US and international customers whose packages will be returned to me for an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $ 5 fee.
I received the wrong item or it was damaged during shipping...
I always double check every orders but mistakes are human. If you received the wrong item, please contact me so we can discuss the issue. A clear photo of the item received will be necessary.

Plastic 😢 - I'm trying hard to find an eco friendly replacement and I wish I would not use them but they are crucial as they will protect your jewelry from tarnishing while stored. They will also prevent the pieces from moving around in the box during transportation which could scratch your jewelry.
