This sweet, yellow needle punched chick is a cute little basket stuffer that you can make yourself. It would be a wonderful gift for someone special.
This pattern is easy, and suitable for all levels of punchers. The front of the chick is needle punched, using 6 strand DMC cotton floss. For the back I chose wool blend felt. I hand stitched the chick together, to give it a nice quality finish. You will need to know how to do a basic basting (running) stitch, and an overcast stitch.
The chick measures about 5" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" when finished.
