The flowers that are not used in your art piece can be sent back with your order upon request with an extra shipping fee of $20. If you would like us to dry more flowers than needed for your pieces it is an extra drying fee of $50.

Most of the listings in my shop are for customized orders. Due to high order volume during wedding seasons, you must check with shop owner for availability to preserve a wedding bouquet. All custom orders are non-refundable.

Absolutely! Please understand though that certain flowers are available only during vertain seasons. Shop owner will contact a local florist to see if the flowers are available at the time of your requests. Each year/season/state will have a different crop each year. Floral may vary in size and color. I will do my best to get the bouquet to look as close as I can.

No! Succulents cannot be dried with silica gel. They can be professionally freeze dried however I do not have the equipment at this time. Hypericum berries dry black and shrink in size.

No! Some flowers dry darker, such as red roses. Lilies and orchids dry very thin and paper like which can cause them to be translucent in certain spots. Some white roses dry more yellow than others and can have an "antique" look to them. It depends on the flower type.

The answer is no. These are handmade gifts and while I strive for perfection, resin is a clear medium and not a perfect science.

Resin is a liquid that hardens to a glass like finish. Air pockets are common in flower petals due to the nature of this medium. A couple bubbles near your flowers are normal and can be expected.

Some flowers can develop translucent spots during the resin pouring process.

Currently our orders take 8-12 weeks to create. If you are ordering over 5 items please expect your processing time to take a little bit longer to accommodate the order size. Please feel free to contact us in regards to timelines.
