All soils are made to order and so they may take an extra day or two depending on how many other orders there are.

All plants are shipped bare root unless otherwise noted.

The estimated delivery time is based on 1-4 BUSINESS day handling time of the shipping service selected and when we receive cleared payment. A business day is any day, Monday thru Friday. A business day is NOT Saturday or Sunday nor any holidays. Please know that I work until 3am daily and do the very best I can to get your orders out in a timely manner.

Please note that we can not be responsible for transit times. Once a package leaves my hands, I no longer have control over what happens and cannot be held responsible for someone else's actions (i.e. the post office taking FOREVER for it to get to you or them playing soccer with your package). "Transit time" is the time it takes from when the package leaves my hands until it is delivered to you. The transit/delivery time listed under the "shipping info" tab is an ESTIMATE ONLY, and is NOT a guarantee.

There are three options. First class is the slowest and can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks and package weight must be under 16oz. Priority mail *usually* takes 3-5 days but sometimes it can be much, much longer. Express 1-2 day is the ONLY guaranteed service. If you need a package by a certain date, you must order with express shipping. If you'd like to use this service, shoot me a message so that I can adjust the listing for your purchase.

If a package goes missing, the best thing to do is contact your local station. Avoid calling the 1-800 number since they pretty much have the same information you do. If you order from our shop and your package is delivered late - or gets lost in the mail - I am not responsible for refunds, cancellations, etc.

YES! Starting 4/1/2019 we will accept international orders. I have shipped many times to other countries without a hitch but it doesn't come without some risks. Seeds, for the most part, are always allowed. However, plants and soils may not be allowed so purchase at your own risk. I can not be held responsible for packages destroyed by your customs agents. If shipping plants international, you must use priority and they will always be shipped bare root. Plants delivered to any EU country are not able to return for any reason due to their perishable nature.
