We sometimes make mistakes, we get that. We also make mistakes when we do our own purchases. If you change your mind and decide to cancel, we accept cancellation maximum of 2 hours after making the purchase. Our turnaround time policy to prepare shipment of your purchases is within 2 hours after purchase, hence, cancellation must be done within 2 hours.

If for some reason you wish to cancel AFTER item has been delivered, this will be treated as Item Return, please see Return Policy for more details.

As a practice, we generally do not accept returns. However, on certain and select cases, we will accept returns in its ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PROTECTIVE PLASTIC, UNUSED CONDITION. We will take 25% fee for restocking and customer pays return shipping. Refund (excluding shipping) will be issued within 48 hours AFTER Return Item have been received and inspected. If the item is for Exchange, this will be treated as a Return Item and the buyer pays for the return shipping and will be refunded excluding shipping cost. Then the buyer can initiate the purchase to get the correct color, size or item.

Buyer is responsible to make sure that the shipping address is valid and correct. As a general rule, we always make sure that a tracking number is included allowing customers to track purchases through carrier's system. Any items purchased on Fridays or Weekends and Holidays are shipped the next business day. Cut off time for shipping items is 1PM Pacific Standard Time. We currently do not ship international.

All items are inspected for quality assurance before it is packed and shipped. We make sure that the items are carefully packed and protected while in transit. However, we cannot guarantee on the commitment of the Carrier to handle the package with care while in transport within their system.

We combine shipping for multiple orders of various items unless otherwise the customer sends a note to keep the items as separate shipment. Once we combine all the purchases, we refund any shipping overpayment to the customers and this is credited back to their account. We are not fully sure how long the credit will appear into customer account but depending on the bank or credit card issuer, the standard processing time will be 3 to 5 business days.

We understand how frustrating it can be when packages are delayed/missing. However, we do not have control over the delivery commitment of the Carrier but we generally step in to mitigate late delivery issues on behalf of our customers.

Subsequently, when package is missing after checking update that it has been delivered, try searching your package around the area, it might've been dropped in a "hiding" place that's not visible to passing public to avoid porch piracy or maybe the carrier dropped it off to a neighbor. Sometimes Carriers tag it delivered but haven't physically delivered item to destination address. In our experience, it generally appears after a couple of days or sometimes weeks when you check with the local postal office.

We audit the quantities and do careful inspection of the quality as diligently as we can before shipping out orders.

In cases where mistakes are made, we strive to make things right, right away. If the items received have missing quantities, please reach out to us as we try to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We strive to do our best to excel but we also make mistakes along the way. We just needed time to resolve it.

It is recommended that plastic turntable should be attached into same type of material such as acrylic plastic, PETG, polystyrene, etc. To attach spinner to wood, depending on the wood finish, we recommend using very high bond acrylic tape which is hard to separate once it is bonded together. For porous surfaces (rough, porous or fibered materials), prep the material where the turntable will be attached into with a sealing material to create a smoother finish such as paint, varnish or other hard surface coatings.

We do not recommend this to be screwed down into a wood or plastic since you will have to drill it down. Using this method may prevent or impede the turntable from spinning.

These are solvent cemented into an acrylic material to give a seamless finish. Generally, we recommend Weldon 3, Weldon 4 or Weldon 16 using the capillary applicator bottle. Let it sit for a few hours or allow it to dry overnight to make sure that it is completely welded into the acrylic material. This acrylic pull can only be used on an acrylic plastic material.

There are many grades of magnets and it can be confusing. The rule of thumb is, the higher the grade and the bigger the size of the magnet, the stronger the push or pull.

The lowest grade we have that is ideal for refrigerator or whiteboard magnet use is N35. To put it in context, an N35 Grade with the size of 12mm x 3 mm have been tested to hold (without sliding down on a whiteboard) 1.6 oz. paper weight or 10 pieces of a standard paper size of 8-1/2" x 11". An N35 size 4mm x 1mm on the other hand can hold 2 pieces of a standard 8-1/2" x 11" without sliding down on a whiteboard. The weight of each piece of the standard paper used was approximately 0.16 oz.
