All items are hand made and shipped from the UK. Ready made items will be despatched after payment, within the despatch time stated on the item listing (please see specific listings for more shipping information).

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping.

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail AirMail, please contact me if you would like tracked and signed postage and I can arrange this for you.

Please note that the payment of any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

To fulfil your order you must provide me with information (that you will have authorised Etsy to provide to me) including your name, email address, postal address, payment information and details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide optional additional personal information for a custom order if you contact me directly.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers and its sercurity is very important to me. You information may be shared in extremely limited circumstances, as follows:

- ETSY: Information is shared with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- SERVICE PROVIDERS: I utilise certain third parties to provide services and functions to my business, namely delivery provider Royal Mail. I will share your personal information with these service providers, but only to the extent strictly necessary to perform these services.
- BUSINESS TRANSFERS: If I sell or merge my business I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
