We kindly remind you that November and December are busy months, and sometimes it takes more time for the packages to reach their destination, especially when it comes to the USPS postal service.
We try to provide the best service, and we always reply as fast as we can. We also save receipts and take photos of the packages before shipping. But cooperation requires 2 sides 🤝.
And we count on your patience, truthfulness, and conscience :)
We ask you to remain respectful. Don't ignore the messages we send. Blaming and ghosting have never ever helped anyone.

Because of the war in Ukraine, we are to clarify some details:

Your deck will be sent within 1-3 working days.
▪️ DELIVERY:
In the worst case, it will take up to 45 days due to military issues. That is in case of emergency. Usually, our customers from the EU/USA get their packages in 3-4 weeks.
We also kindly remind you that November and December are busy months, so sometimes American and European postal services work slower. We would like to speed them up, but it doesn't depend on us.
