Pattern was easy to read but I had to adjust the hook sizes. Putting a 6mm hair cap on a 3mm doll head was impossible for me. So I made the body in a 3.25, sweater, pants, hair, and shoes in a 4. And the poncho in a 5. I would recommend making the hood a little less than the recommended amount of stitches long. It comes out HUGE.
