5 out of 5 starsLove this mascara! I bought one more before she had to close up shop. I honestly didn’t even need a new one yet because my first one wasn’t even halfway done (2 years strong!). But I love this mascara so much and I’m gonna miss it when I run out.

2 out of 5 starsDidn't stay on. Very difficult to apply. Didn't add as much volume as I had hoped. Will purchase again if there is an update or alternative formula.

3 out of 5 starsThis was okay, though I did end up discarding most of it. The concept is a good one, but it is too soft and melted all over the cardboard tube. I found it difficult to use, and it is too weak to help. The eucalyptus is not strong enough.

Further Shop Policies on Returns/Refunds
Our primary concern is always environmental first, and all our policies are based on environmental effects. Nudi Goods does not accept returns or provide refunds, as online returns generate 5 billion pounds of waste per year in the United States and 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide. We encourage smart shopping by only purchasing what is needed, and thoroughly reading descriptions beforehand.
Feel free to contact us within 30 days if you have ordered a product that has arrived damaged, as case-by-case exceptions can be made. We require photo documentation for returns or refunds.

Are you able to ship orders without plastic?
Nudi does not use any plastic in the packaging of your orders. No tape! We use a paper gummed tape and recycled/reused materials for padding (paper, newspapers, shredded paper, and occasionally biodegradable packing peanuts). If you have any further questions or concerns, get in touch!
I forgot to update my address/I didn't pick up my order in time /my order is being get sent back/to the wrong address. What next?
If you noticed that your address is incorrect, but your order has not been shipped yet, please get in touch ASAP.
If you provided the wrong address and your order has already shipped, please understand that Nudi is not responsible for covering the cost of shipping to re-deliver your order. If USPS cannot deliver, or you didn't pick up your package from your post office and your package is returned, we will refund the cost of the goods purchased upon your package arriving back with us (shipping not included, as that's a service through the USPS).
If your order is going to the wrong address, we recommend you immediately check in at your post office and file to forward your mail if you haven't already.
Wholesale availability
Please contact NudiGoods@gmail.com with information and links to your shop to be considered for wholesale. Please note that we do not wholesale with online-only shops or subscription box/services.
How much are customs fees?
It is your responsibility to check in with your local postal provider or government body to determine if there are customs fees, and if so, what the rates are. We do not cover these costs because they vary so drastically from country to country, even by region and city. We also simply do not have access to this information, and therefore your best option is to check locally and determine if ordering overseas is within your budget.
Do you use responsible Mica sources?
Yes! Nudi Goods only uses mineral or natural (no synthetic or chemical) pigments for tinted/shimmer products, which are purchased from suppliers providing a child-labor free guarantee.
Is your beeswax cruelty free?
In September 2019, we began sourcing beeswax from one supplier/apiary that is hormone, antibiotic, and cruelty-free, does not use non-organic chemicals on their farm, which is stressful - even fatal - to colonies. While the farm is not certified, they follow organic practices. We are happy to support a small family-run business and their work in the beekeeping world.
Regarding Vegan Products:
We no longer make custom vegan products due to the high cost to produce and low interest. Please understand why we have not switched to vegan waxes:
1. Responsibly sourced from one supplier, preferably in the US
2. Procured free of plastic waste/packaging
3. Performs well in products
4. Affordable, non-financially-excluding
Are your products organic?
While we do try to choose organic whenever possible, one of our main philosophies is that sustainability should accessible to all people, regardless of income. Some ingredients do not fall under the umbrella of what is able to be certified organic (i.e. mined minerals), and others are at an exponentially higher price point, making certain products only accessible to a more exclusive crowd. In other scenarios, ingredients come from just-as-good-as-organic suppliers, but the reasoning for why it’s not organic might be financial or political. We believe that, in certain situations, the organic label is just that: a label, and therefore it’s not our highest priority to be able to say all our products are organic.
My order never arrived, what next?
Packages are considered "lost in transit" by USPS after 20 days from the USPS acceptance date domestically, and 40 days internationally. Once packages are deemed lost, we will file a claim on your behalf in order to provide you with a refund. Part of this process involves having the customer to sign an affidavit in order to confirm the validity of the claim. For all lost packages, whether they are lost in shipment, lost in customs, or stolen upon delivery, we do not provide replacements: we are only able to provide refunds. Packages that have been lost for more than 90 days (about 3 months) are no longer eligible for refunds. If your package has been lost for more than 20 days for US or 40 days for International, please contact us.
