Since I was 4 years old, I've been in love with all things creative; sewing, drawing, painting, writing, and dancing. My mind is always thinking up new designs, a whole galaxy of ideas in here.
Mojo and Ginger (a tuxedo and an orange tabby cat) have inspired most of the items made in my shop. They are some of the most magical and quirky cats I've known.... and they make the cutest models!
All items I sketch out first, then purrfect the pattern and design and start constructing. Mojo and Ginger get to be quality control. If the product meets our expectations we start the photo shoot. We always keep LOTS of treats on hand. Mojo has got his "blue steel" look down!
I sew on a Janome HD1000. It has been an amazing workhorse. She has always preformed with ease. She is strong, simple and straight to the point. I'm kind of in love with her.
I like to use as much eco-friendly products in my creations and packaging. Right now I use biodegradable felt made from 100% wool, organic catnip, biodegradable plant based plastic bags for packaging, plant based twine, 100% raw cotton-fil, and more.
I enjoy the challenge of the process of turning an idea into a tangible item. I hope you find something that makes you smile in my shop. :)
