Thank you for your support during these difficult times. As you know these are challenging times for small businesses, and with your order, you are helping us to remain open for business.

Here is what you can expect from us after ordering:

TIMELINE:

-Your order will go to the designing desk the next business day after you ordered, if you requested proofs, you will be contacted by our designer. On day 2 the order moves to production this process takes 1 to 2 days depending on the order size and complexity, finally on day 3-4 we will iron, fold, pack and label your order getting it ready for shipping.

-STANDARD PROCESSING AND SHIPPING most orders take about 5-11 business days to deliver (3-4 days to produce and 2-7 days in transit). Contact me if you need it sooner.

-FREE SHIPPING is for USPS Parcel services 5-7 business days in transit.
We suggest you upgrade to Fedex if it is last minute order.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 closing mandates, and the current TRANSPORTATION CRISIS shipping times have been increased by most carriers. Thank you in advance for your patience.

FOR PASHMINAS ORDERS- WE DO NOT PRINT INDIVIDUAL BRIDESMAIDS NAMES ON GIFT TAGS, PLEASE SELECT ONE IDENTICAL DESIGN FOR ALL TAGS THAT GO WITH SCARVES. (We make one design and reprint).

-For all other items, if personalization was selected, please send the font and color of the print. IF NONE SELECTED WE WILL PRINT IN THE DEFAULT COLOR AND FONT.

-ONLY 1 print per item- additional prints can be purchased if needed. Please ask me for the link to order them.

-To send customizations/logos, please send us a message,
