All items are dispatched using UK Royal Mail.
Generally items will be posted on the first working day following your order (working days are classed as Mon - Fri & Sat 9am to 11.30am).
Postal fees now include the option to upgrade to a faster or tracked delivery. If selected, tracking numbers will be sent out at time of dispatch.
When free postage is available for purchase of multiple items please note this is for physical items only and excludes all digital download items.
Please be aware that items may be delayed in customs, especially at peak times.
Items are sent via 2nd class post as standard. Please be aware that recorded delivery is an OPTIONAL request selected by the customer at point of sale.

Customised orders are available and please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Please be aware that all personalised orders will be made from scratch and as such require as much notice period to be given as possible.

I would like to ensure that you get your items within good time for Christmas if you are purchasing goods as gifts. As such please be aware that overseas orders should be made before 1st November at the latest, and sooner if you are aware of issues within your postal region. UK orders should be made before 1st December.
Please allow additional time for any custom made item.

I will try my utmost to fulfil orders to ensure pre Christmas delivery after these dates but Magic Sheep can not be held liable for any delays by customs/postage delivery companies both within the UK and overseas.

Please also be aware that should any parcel go astray, refunds/replacements cannot be issued until adequate time for delivery has passed.

Overseas returns must be sent back in original packaging with the UK CN22 showing and clearly marked as returned to sender. Any customs charges incurred by not following these instructions will be deducted from the refund.
