Shipping times may show extended to give us processing time however we are shipping rather quickly and ahead of scheduled dates- if you have a specific date something is needed by be sure to check with us-
We do provide battery lights with most lanterns, it will indicate in the listing if included. These are a bonus so that the lantern is ready to use upon receipt. Its recommended you replace the batteries often with these or use any other battery light source of your choice. LED USB strip adhesive lighting can be found on Amazon and work amazingly, then you don't have to worry about battery life :-)

Care instructions
Note- Should any item arrive damaged due to negligence of USPS/FEDEX follow the below instructions to expedite a claim for damaged goods.
*Take a picture of the damaged item and box and notify our shop within 2 days of package receipt.
*Keep all packaging material, box and damaged item. USPS may require you to bring in these items to your local USPS for in-person review
Once notified we will submit the claim on your behalf at which time we will both be notified via mail if the claim is approved, denied or if they require an in-person review of the damage.
Once a claim is approved we will send out a replacement of the damaged item to you at no additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience however this is at the discretion of the USPS
