Easy Care Instructions for Your New Board:
Wash with mild detergent and warm water
Dry immediately with a towel and let air dry standing up or on a raised rack
Oil your cutting board every month or when dry to the touch with a cutting board oil

The Do Not's:
Put your board in the dishwasher
Let the board soak in water
Put a wet board flat to dry
Use bleach or natural oils such as vegetable, corn, olive, peanut or oil etc.
