All of our signs are handmade to order and are completely customizable. Please note however, that we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes, errors, incorrect punctuation or typos in your message. Auto correct can be a real doozy, but to ensure accuracy - please proof read your message and any personalizations prior to submitting your order. We understand that personalizations are exactly that, fun, sweet, inside jokes, personal - and do not consider it our place to question or automatically correct what may appear to be an error.

Wahoo! Most items that are ordered come gift wrapped. If you're ordering a gift for someone and would like to include a special note, make sure to include what you'd like to say in the "gift message" section when placing your order. Funky shaped items, including signs with hardware installed, will not be able to be wrapped, however they will still be protected with bubble wrap.

All of our signs are made for indoor use only UNLESS specifically specified. Indoor signs do not have a protective coat on the backside of the sign and is left unfinished vs the outdoor signs that are fully coated to make them more durable and weather resistant. If you'd like to have an outdoor sign made, send us a message so we know to apply a different kind of finish to your made to order decor. For all outdoor signs we recommend keeping in a well shaded area and applying an outdoor finish every 6 months to prevent the wood from warping over time, like you would to a picnic table.

Unfortunately, once we drop off your package at the post office we are no longer responsible for shipping matters.

If your package has been lost, please contact your local P.O. All packages are shipped Priority Mail and have been assigned tracking numbers. Your PO can pull up the GPS coordinates and will be able to verify where your package, just in case it was delivered to another address.

To make sure delivery goes as smoothly as possible please have your items shipped to a safe location.

We will ship your order to your Etsy account address that you provided at check out. If for some reason an incorrect address was accidentally entered, please notify us immediately. Once your shipping label has been printed, no additional changes can be made.

If your package is already in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 to have your order rerouted to the correct address.

In the event of a package marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will notify you when the package has been returned. Buyers will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to have it redelivered to their correct address, which could range between $8 to $17, plus Etsy's 6.5% fee

If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your item, with pictures of your item including closeups of the damaged areas, as well as the shipping box, so that we can file a claim with the Postal Service.

Each and every item in the shop is completely hand crafted by yours truly, which unfortunately takes a bit of time from start to finish. Each order received is manually cut, sanded, designed, painted or burned, and sealed which is what makes each individual piece so unique, special, and one of a kind.

For that reason, we do not offer any discounts or wholesale prices.
