Ideally, the jewellery should be stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight in order to prevent tarnishing or the dulling of gemstones. It is recommended that you keep your jewellery in individual cloth bags or boxes so they don’t get scratched. Mild dish soap and water is enough to clean any dirt or mild tarnishing, but be sure to be gentle around gemstones. A soft toothbrush is a common gem-area cleaning tool. Many of the materials I use are very tarnish resistant; however, in the case of silver there are many cheap silver cleaners you can use

Unfortunately, I am unable to give a recommendation for size since everyone’s piercing is different and so is their style of wear. I suggest you consult with your piercer to see what is the most appropriate size for you

a. Please send a clear image of the item next to a ruler so that I can confirm its size. If the wrong size was given, you can either get a refund or replacement.
b. In the case that the customer has ordered the wrong size, they can return it for an exchange or refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
c. If the item is damaged, please send a clear image of the damaged item, and provide your order number. You will receive a replacement or a refund depending on what you prefer
d. I accept exchanges and returns if the item is shipped back within 14 days of receiving it. The refund or exchange can only be processed if you provide a confirmation of the shipping receipt or label.

Please let me know ASAP in the message thread along with your order number. The order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet.

All my shipments to Europe, UK, Australia & New Zealand, Canada and some Asian countries are sent through UK Royal Mail first class postage, with a confirmation number. The number you receive is a reference number and unfortunately it is not traceable unless you pay for Express Shipping or traceable service.
USA:
All my shipments are done through USPS and you will get the confirmed USPS tracking number and you can track your orders.

There is an address in the United States for customers in the United States to send items back to. Customers in Europe and the rest of the world can send to an address in United Kingdom. Please contact me if you need to arrange returning an item and more information will provided.

I create and print the labels in the UK, and then bulk ship items to the USA. During this transit, it will say that labels are created but have not been accepted by USPS. Once it has been accepted by USPS, the tracking will begin to work.
