Each bamboo piece is meticulously designed, expertly crafted, and lovingly finished by hand in our little workshop in Largo, Florida. We cut no corners and pride ourselves on excellence in every piece we produce.

Personalize them and make them an family heirloom for years to come.

Our serving trays are made from bamboo, an all natural material, so please be aware that there will be natural variations from one board to the next. The engraved area will show a natural variation in color and tone.

The bamboo used is cut from an FSC Certified forest. We are proud to offer 100% renewable materials for our personalized cutting boards! Not only is bamboo an incredibly strong and lightweight material for personalized cutting boards which age better than most tree woods after repeated use, but increased use of this eco-material helps cut carbon production.

Each engraving is burned deep into the board for a quality look and feel.

PRODUCT DIMENSIONS:
Each board is approx. 3/4in thick for a quality heft with 1/2in pockets for serving.

Each board is finished with a homemade board butter made from food safe mineral oil and beeswax. We do not treat our boards with sealants, varnishes, or dyes.

If no design is specified, we'll use Design 1. For personalization requests that contain too many characters for Design 1, we’ll default to Design 4.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive each day, we are unable to provide proofs. Our workflow is very meticulous so from the moment the order is placed, our team begins working on it. More often then not, an order has already been made up (sometimes even shipped) by the time a customer requests a proof. If you have any questions regarding one of our products, please message us before placing an order.

***We do not engrave profanity, suggestive material, or religious iconography onto any of our pieces.

Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.

We will gladly reship packages that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time. The customer is also responsible for additional shipping costs when packages are returned to us because of invalid addresses, failed deliveries, shipping issues, etc.

If a customer fails to respond to our attempts to contact them regarding a package that was returned to our shop, it will be discarded after 90 days and we will not remake it. A new order will have to be placed.

We have a very quick turnaround time! All orders are usually made up within 1-2 days, then shipped with either UPS Expedited Mail Innovations for our leather products or UPS SurePost for our boards.

We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, if there are shipping delays or other unforeseen delays on your order we do not offer complimentarily upgrade your shipping speed.

*We strongly recommend upgrading shipping to UPS Ground especially during the holiday season*

Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product.

All orders are made and shipped within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada may experience delays due to customs. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any other international charges.

Delayed or lost packages are outside of our control. UPS does not consider an international package lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update. Only once that happens are we able to file a claim. We will then work with UPS to either refund or replace your order.

If they choose to reject our claim, we apologize for the inconvenience. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail.

Our items are laser engraved; we don't use any ink in the engraving process. Each piece will engrave differently as the laser passes over it. Some leather pieces leave more char (soot) and some pieces of leather engrave with less black char. Our wood products will also vary in engravings as they are a natural material. Some engravings will be lighter than others.

These were wonderful items to gift my first time home buyers. I took the tea boards (2) and the brunch board and combined them with a bottle of champagne, some elegant packaged snacks, their first miniature house plant and a Trader Joe's gift card. A few fresh flowers and greenery to fill in and it was a beautiful little scene for them to find on the corner of their pass thru kitchen bar the first time they got to enter their home alone and as home owners! (I handed them the keys outside, hugged them and sent them on their merry way!) Thank you for the very well made personalized hand crafted pieces. I expect they will have them for years.

Absolutely gorgeous tray ! The bride and groom loved it ! The engraving was beautiful. The couple are wood workers so it had to be perfect and it was! Very nice quality !!! It was everything we expected !!! I would definitely order from this company again !
