After your purchase, you will receive an email titled "Finish personalizing your Etsy Order.” The email contains a link to add the personalization and/or photo to your order. Click on that link to provide the info needed. The email will be sent to the email address in your Etsy account and will arrive within 2 hours. (Please check your spam in case it gets delivered there.) THE LINK WORKS BEST IN GOOGLE CHROME! (and best from a desktop/laptop) All photos must be a jpeg or png to upload.

(IF your order is a photo puzzle: Our Recommendations FOR PHOTO PUZZLES: Minimum resolution of 2 MB not over 5MB. Over 100 dpi. (NOT PANORAMIC OR ELONGATED OR SQUARE - 4:3 or 3:4 aspect ratio, normal photo format.ANY photo always prints darker in actual print, so if your photo is of poor lighting or dark in nature and/or includes dark areas, we do recommend you lighten the photo for better print quality.)

🛑 Due to the custom nature of our products, we may not be able to accommodate changes once your order is processed into our system. The ship to address must be correct when the order is placed we cannot update the address at any stage on our end.

📦 UK DELIVERY - 2 weeks.
📦 OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S. can take up to 5 weeks for standard delivery. (outside continental US states and teritories: PR, HI, AK etc.)
📦 APO/FPO/DPO addresses can only be ordered using Standard Shipping, will be shipped via Ground, and take approximately 5 weeks to be delivered.
🛑Delivery to US states and territories outside the continental US take 4-5 weeks for delivery despite the estimated delivery given from Etsy. (Etsy groups those ship-to destinations as part of US delivery and we are not able to specify differently) Embroidery items including blanket, apron and bandanas will arrive separately from other items and can only be shipped within the U.S.
*Refunds/Returns/Cancellations are subject to review due to the personalization nature of our product. If the error is o the seller's end, we will reprint at no charge. If the error is on the customer end, we will give 50% off on a new re=print order. (Cancellation request must be within the hour of the order)

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
Refunds/Returns/Cancellations are subject to review due to the personalization. If your book is damaged in shipping, or if WE make an error when producing the item: We will replace your book or product at no cost to you. Simply send us a photo of the issue at via ETSY messages. You do not need to return your order if we confirm that the error was ours or if your order was damaged in shipping. We will either send you a replacement, or we will refund your order.
If you receive your book with an error due to YOUR error... We ask that you ship it back to us at your expense. Contact us via messages to explain what needs to change in your order. We will charge 50% of the original price of the item plus shipping to re-make and re-ship the order.
