• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after cleared payment. Once dispatched, UK orders should reach you within 1-3 working days. International orders can take between 5-14 days, but it can take longer in some instances. Please note that the Royal Mail will not investigate delayed or missing parcels until 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

• Please ensure you provide us with your full address and correct postcode at checkout. We send all orders to the address provided at checkout and cannot be held responsible for any parcel that is sent to an incorrect or previous address.

• Your order may require a signature upon delivery and we send all international orders via a tracked and signed service. Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery, or contact the local postal service to arrange redelivery.

• If your order is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, or because the parcel could not be delivered or signed for, we will need to charge for redelivery. We will contact you when we receive the parcel back, but please note that parcels returned to sender can take 1-2 months to arrive back with us.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs.
