Here’s how:

1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

!!! All parcels are sent to your address listed on Etsy. Make sure that it is correct for the mail.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!

REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Some Etsy shoppers are having difficulty paying with PayPal due to the buyer's email address on their Etsy account mismatching the buyer's address on their PayPal account.
In order for the payment to go through, the buyer must provide the same receiving address in PayPal and in Etsy.
After the buyer matches their addresses (it's easier for the buyer to do this in their PayPal account), the payment will go through without problems.

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 14 days after you received the package.

TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items.

REPLACEMENTS: If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectl
