Custom orders that are undeliverable/unclaimed are non-refundable.

Returned packages that were non-deliverable by the postal service will have a $5. return processing fee. A refund of unopened shipped boxes will be applied minus the original shipping charges and return processing fee within 15 business days.

Generally we will wait 4 weeks for domestic before considering a lost in transit. Sometimes your package may go missing and then get back on track so we do not guarantee any delivery dates.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We ship all orders directly to the address that is on file with the order. Therefore, the seller are not responsible for an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered for an order, and the order has already shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility for tracking down the package.

No refunds will be given for orders sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address being on file with an order.

If an order is returned to the seller by USPS because of an incorrect address, the order will either be cancelled/refunded (order total minus the shipping) or the buyer must pay for shipping again.

Natural ingredients can cause allergic reaction as well. Products with scented oil may cause allergic reactions to people that have unusually sensitive skin. Not recommended to be used on babies, pregnant or breast feeding due to the lack of clinical testing on essential oils. Talk to your health care provider before using the product.

By purchasing you are agreeing to all shop policies. Please read the ingredients before using and avoid use if you think it may cause a reaction.

Spot test first, discontinue use if redness or irritation develops and immediately consult your health care provider. Do not use products on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children.

Our handmade soap is different from store bought soaps. Quality handmade soap contains quality glycerin, whereas store bought soap has purposely had the glycerin removed, making a harder drier bar.

Please keep your soap dry between uses, in a draining soap dish. This ensures that your soap will last longer.

With high quality glycerin soaps, its normal to see crystals on soap bars because glycerin naturally attracts moisture to your skin keeping it supple and moist. If you see any crystals on soap, simply just wipe off with napkin gently. If you are not planning to use the soap please keep them in a sealed bag and store in a dry warm place, eg dresser.

We use fresh, all natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives added to any of our products. The estimated shelf life for each individual product: typically between 3-6 months, depend on product. Soap bars: typically 12 months depend on humidity and moisture level. Natural toothpaste: up to 6 months stored in cool dry shaded area unopened. 1 year in refrigerator unopened. Heat and/or moisture affects shelf life.

For the liquid creations, which are completely oil-based with no added water (our toners & washes are exceptions), the product may begin to develop an 'old oil' smell if used beyond its shelf life due to oxidation of the oils. It will still be perfectly usable, but may not smell so great.

Some products are high heat sensitive. If you are not available to pick up your package at your delivery location, please have it delivered to your office or another address so your package will not sit in the sun all day.

We package and ship all products with plastic-free materials, paper labels, recycled padded mailers, certified compostable bags, and upcycle any available post-consumer shipping materials, such as bubbles, boxes, peanuts, or paper, especially for shipping fragile items. Everything can be composted, reused, or recycled, and is 100% biodegradable. Each and every purchase is packaged with care and mindfulness.

Yes! If you wish to mail in your old empty glass bottle for refill, please do so, we will sterilize them to be used for non-personal care products (eg candles) ,containers for our office supplies, or plant propagation.

Natural soap and synthetic commercial detergent soaps react differently to hard water. The over-abundance calcium and magnesium decrease lather and affect the cleansing and rinsing abilities of natural soaps while synthetic detergents are typically less susceptible to the effects of hard water.

How do you know if you have hard water?
Signs include but are not limited to mineral build up around water fixtures, soap scum in your sink and bathtub, mineral scale on dishes and residue on dishes.

Stainless steel, ceramic, bamboo fiber, and strong solid wood. Household dish and laundry soap contains strong concentrations of cleaning ingredients that focus on breaking down oil efficiently. This may lead to wearing out any kind of wood finish.

If you are still interested in using our solid wooden dish for your dish soap, the dish is still perfectly functional and will show its beautiful natural wood grain. Since it is made with a strong solid wood it is more durable than other wooden type of dish.

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the package has been sent out or dropped off at the post office. We are not responsible for Delivered packages that are stolen at your location. If your Priority Mail package is missing during transit (undelivered after 4 weeks) and is additionally insured, please contact USPS or us for further assistant.
