This cutie works up quickly with your favorite worsted weight yarn, basic crochet stitches and a size F (3.75 mm) crochet hook. You will need to know how to crochet in the round to finish your project. Other supplies needed to complete include; one pair of size 15 mm safety eyes, fiberfill, a tapestry needle and a small piece of white felt (1-2 inches) for under eyes (optional). Pattern includes detailed written instruction (in English), a materials list and notes and tips to help you finish your Platypus. Finished toy s approx. 13 inches tall from the end of his tail to the end of his bill and about 4 and 1/2 inches tall from the top of his head to the bottom of his foot. Pattern skill level=advanced beginner - intermediate. Not sure where to get those eyes, sometimes they are available at Hobby Lobby, Joann Fabrics or Michael's, but 6060.etsy.com has a large selection to choose from and they are right here on Etsy).
