Returns are only accepted on non personalized items unless the item has arrived damaged. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping on items that meet return criteria.

Damaged items must be returned to be for inspection.

Only when item has been received by me will a replacement, if available be sent to you. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

Personalized items that have been incorrectly requested (E.g. spelling mistake) do not qualify for a refund.

If you send us a message, please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you. We run a busy workshop, and can't always respond immediately. We will always message back as soon as we can, but please understand that it may take us a little while.

Please contact us immediately so we can investigate. You have 7 days to notify us of any problems with the item.

We will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible. Depending on the issue and circumstances, we may replace or refund the item.

If the issue relates to a spelling / grammar / punctuation issue, we will reference the order notes. If the error was ours, we will remake the item ASAP.

On occasion, we may need to have damaged items returned for inspection. In these instances, we will provide a shipping label. However, if it is determined that the damage was a result of misuse, no refund will be issued and the customer will need to pay shipping to have the item returned to them.

All items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail unless upgraded to Priority Mail. Tracking is always used and provided to customers. Please check tracking, and if the item has not moved for several days, please contact me and I will initiate a USPS missing mail search.

In the event USPS updated tracking to lost in transit, I will file a claim on your behalf and will remake the item and mail to you with a new tracking number.

If you are not in the USA, it can take SEVERAL weeks to be shipped to you due to additional processing at Etsy and going through customs.

I am not responsible for shipping delays, incorrect addresses or missing mail at delivery, but I will do my best to help track the package down if something goes wrong

Although we do our best to produce high quality items that will stand the test of time, there are many factors that can contribute to damaged products - especially watchbands

We inspect all items for defects before they are sent out, and we have completed many quality assurance tests on the materials we use to reduce the chance of you receiving a less than quality product.

We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their product within the first 7 days of receipt (based on USPS delivery date).

If you have an issue with an item in the first 7 days after it is marked delivered, please contact us so we can help. In the event we agree to a refund (vs a replacement), it must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for refund.
