Current turnaround is 2 weeks and any pre orders are 4 weeks before dispatch. If you need your order by a certain date please message me prior to ordering so I can confirm if it is possible or not. I do not charge a rush fee but ask you upgrade the postage at checkout to tracked 24 hour to make sure the post will arrive on time. Thank you
EUROPE POSTAGE:
As of the 01 January 2021 any European customers may have custom fee’s to pay when the item arrives with you. This is the buyers responsibility and they isn’t anything I can do to avoid it unfortunately. This is also included in all item descriptions.

Hi Miranda, thank you for your review and your constant custom hasn’t gone un noticed which I really appreciate. I do understand concerns however the boxes have been tested against water damage and hold up well protecting ears. Fortunately we have never had an issue with items being damaged from the rain. The reason we don’t package in bags as we try to be as enviromentally friendly as possible which means the box and tape used are eco friendly. I have previously used bags and received messages of concern for eco reasons which I also agree with but I appreciate the feedback and will continue to look into better packaging. Thank you :)

Custom and personalised orders
I am currently not taking any custom orders! If this changes I will update on my Instagram stories but for now I will be refusing all. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Sizing details
All headbands fit both children over the age of 5 and adults, I do not currently offer baby bands.
Care instructions
As all ears are made from fabric that is not deigned to be wet I recommend taking them off on water rides and try avoid getting wet at all costs.
When travelling I recommend storing ears in a resealable sandwich bag and putting in hand luggage so you know they aren’t getting thrown about in your suitcase.
Please take care with your ears, they are durable but not indestructible. If left in bags on rides to get squished or in checked in suitcases or airplanes they are prone to breakage.
Delivery and turnaround
My turnaround time changes depending on the season/how busy I am. You can check by looking at the bottom of an items page it will show turnaround time.
If you are in a rush please consider upgrading your postage as they is only so much I can do in regards of sending them out in a timely manner, but I can’t control the post schedule. If you need the ears in a very short time frame please message before purchasing to make sure I can accommodate that. I am no longer accepting collections and all orders will be sent through the post.
If you are international please be aware post isn’t considered lost until it has been 6 weeks in transit. I can unfortunately not offer refunds or replacements until this time period has passed.
International delivery
I have updated my international delivery to tracked without the option to downgrade due missing parcels. The buyer is responsible for any import taxes and fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or any other postal delays.
Delivery times:
USA: 2-6 weeks
Australia: 2-6 weeks
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
Europe: 2-6 weeks
Please note these dates are estimates and some cases orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive although rare it is a possibility. If you are international please try and order as far in advance as possible for peace of mind for both of us. It is frustrating for both of us when parcels are late or don’t arrive!
Returns and cancellations
If you would like a refund the item MUST be returned to me. Under no circumstance will you be entitled to a full refund and to keep the item. If you would like to return please contact me and I will provide the details. Buyer is responsible for postage.
If you have any issues please message me straight away as they is my much I can do if you have not made me aware of any problems.
I accept cancellations however they have to be made within 24 hours of purchase, I can not be flexible with bridal ears due to personalisation.
