Please understand I have no control over the handling of the package while it’s in transit.**

ALL cookies are made a shipped out the week of your event, ONLY. Once your order is ready to go out you will receive an email from Etsy with your tracking information.

Cookies are shipped out to arrive on or before the date YOU provided on your order form. Your need by date should be 1-2 days prior to your event date.

If your package is delayed by the carrier, please contact the carrier. Once the package leaves my hands I have no control or updated information on its transit. The carrier will be able to give you the best updated information as well as alternative delivery options if any.

i loved these cookies so much! i needed them pretty quickly and the baker got back to me so fast, was able to complete them with my desired custom color and got them to me very early on time for my event! none broke in shopping and came individually wrapped- much attention to detail. they were delicious and so so beautiful! amazing customer service, skill, and baking skills!!
