This Spider is a vivid and original souvenir. The Spider is quite similar to an authentic Costa Rican Zebraknee Tarantula, imitating the actually existing creature.
English, German, and Spanish variants. For Intermediate crochet skills.
The pattern contains text instructions and complete photo tutorials.
The Spider is crocheted from mohair yarn; the body is stuffed with fiberfill; the legs are set on a flexible wire frame.
Dimension: about 7.9 inches (20 cm).
Materials:
1. Yarn ( 62 % - kid mohair, 38 % - polyamide) ; 3 colors: black, beige, and gray. Thread thickness is 50 g / 500 m. 1.76 oz / 547 yds
Yarn of your choice. Yarn weight doesn’t matter - the size of your spider will turn out bigger or smaller.
In this patter I used "Alize Kid Royal", made inTurkey .
2. Fiberfill
3. Plastic eyes or beads.
4. Metal wire diam – 0.06´´(1.5 mm); 60´´(150 cm) long.
