You may request a proof in any combination, variation, or number from our available designs and using our available fonts. Please include your request for a proof in the notes during checkout with your information. Unless you request a proof at the time of purchase, Design's the Limit will use creative license to complete your order using the information available. If you request a proof at the time of purchase, we will submit our design before completing your order. Once the design has been submitted, orders are placed on hold for a minimum of 24 hours and may be held until the scheduled ship date delaying completion.

Although you can contact us directly through email or call us, once an order has been placed we will send communication in reference to your order through the Etsy messaging system. We make every attempt to respond to conversations on Etsy in a timely manner and encourage use of the Etsy messaging system as the primary means of communication for your personalized gift purchases in our shop. Yes, we offer the option of submitting an item for personalization by mail or appointment in Virginia Beach, Virginia, but we maintain an order minimum which makes it not cost efficient for most clients. We maintain the highest level of professionalism in our effort to turn the ordinary into a work of art for your appreciation and as such bill out custom requests at $60 per hour with a one hour minimum with additional fees for dropoff, pickup, handling, and shipping when applicable with the cost of each order varying by item, the design, and with the specifics of each custom order request.

I was so very pleased with this set! We purchased them for groomsman gifts and they exceeded my expectations! The quality is superb, the tools are very sturdy and heavy duty. The monogramming was a nice touch! The shipment box was damaged during shipping and two of the sets were lost. Designs the Limit EXCEEDED my expectations during the process of replacing the missing sets. Customer Service earned them an A+!!

Gave this great looking gift for a friend's 50th bday. Customer services communicated throughout the order process which helped. Nice grain of wood, solid tools, and the monogram looks sharp. Delivered product looked like the images on the page.

I selected one of the fancier designs. Even paid extra for it. Looking at the sample pictures it showed the full design would be on the bbq tools. Not the case. Only had the full design on the case, not the tools. Tools only had one letter. I sent a message. The reply was I should have sent a message. There was no indication that I needed to send a message. Why would I send a message asking for the full design on the tools when your site shows the tools as such. They told me to make sure to send them a message on future orders. Hell of a solution as there will not be any future orders.

We have extended our best offer and made every attempt to provide customer service, but we can only meet halfway. The customer did not request the design be submitted before engraving or message us at any time. The information included in the review is blatantly inaccurate, we do not offer the design selected on the tools and do not have an image which displays it as such. The customer did not "pay more" for the design, personalization is included in the cost of our listings with any of our designs or available fonts and they entered a coupon too. The customer selected the option to engrave only the tool handles, we engraved the case for no additional charge. We did not receive a message or a response from the customer until after the order was delivered. This is the perfect example of the saying about good deeds.
