If you're in the USA, no need to worry about extra fees during delivery, if the order is under $800.
✅ For EU and UK
If you're in the EU or the UK, it's a good idea to keep your order under €150. Etsy will handle VAT and you don’t need to pay anything additionally.
✅ For Australia
If you're in Australia, aim for one order with a value under $600. Etsy will collect GST for orders under $1000 AUD.
⚠️ For Canadа
If you're in Canada, you'll likely need to pay taxes upon delivery. Etsy doesn't collect GST/HST for orders shipped to Canada.

✓ What materials are used in your toys? Are your toys safe for children?

Our puzzles are made from birch plywood and painted with water-based, safe, and non-toxic paint. The solid wood items are crafted from maple and covered with linseed oil for protection. And don't worry, everything is polished up super smooth for safe and fun play!

Moreover, we have the EU Declaration of Conformity for our toys, providing you with confidence in the quality and safety of our products.

✓ How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Manufacturing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped on Etsy, you'll receive a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take a bit of time to become available, as we utilize various mail services and carriers to dispatch your parcel to the shipping service.

Delivery times vary, generally taking 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

✅ If time is of the essence, consider exploring our Ready to Ship items, available for USA and Canada. We have nine different items conveniently stocked in our warehouse in FL, USA, ready to be promptly shipped to you.

✓ How can I track my order?

For our USA buyers, you can track your parcel on the UPS or USPS website. Non-USA buyers can use their national delivery service for tracking, such as La Poste for France, DHL for Germany, or Royal Mail for the UK.

Please keep in mind that parcel tracking begins once the item arrives in the destination country.

If you encounter any issues with tracking, kindly wait for your Estimated Delivery Time (ETA / ETD), and then feel free to send us a message. We'll be more than happy to assist you.

✓ What if my order is untrackable?

If your tracking status reads 'Pre-transit / Label created / USPS currently awaiting package,' it indicates that your parcel has left Ukraine and is en route to the destination country.

Please be aware that, due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace, we are dispatching all parcels by land to Poland, and from there, by air to the destination country.

Your tracking status will be updated as soon as the parcel arrives in the destination country. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait until the parcel reaches your country.

✓ What if the parcel is delayed?

We would like to inform you that all delivery services are experiencing high demand, especially during the holiday season. The closer it gets to the holidays, the longer delivery times may be. To ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance (for example, in February).

Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by factors such as bad weather or holiday-related overloads. However, if your parcel arrives later than expected, don't worry. We'll happily refund your shipping costs as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.

✓ What if my parcel arrived damaged?

If this unfortunate situation occurs, please send us detailed photos of the damaged item and its parts. This will enable us to promptly send you replacement elements or a replacement item.

In cases of substantial damage, we may request the client to file a claim with UPS. Taking these steps not only assists in addressing the current issue but also helps us implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in submitting a claim to UPS when necessary.

✓ What if my parcel is lost?

If your parcel is lost, we will receive official confirmation from the delivery service. In such instances, customers have the option to choose either a refund or a replacement parcel.

You will be notified via Etsy messenger if your parcel is lost. Please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation promptly.

✓ What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns & exchanges accepted within 21 days, in line with our shop policy. As per Etsy rules, buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is accountable for any resulting loss in value.

Please, reach out to us, and we will provide you with the shipping address for returning your parcel to Ukraine. Once we receive your parcel, you'll have the option to receive a refund or choose a replacement item.

Yes, we do, but only from January to October.
Please note that we are unable to accept custom orders during the November-December period. This is due to the high level of manufacturing activity during this period, which keeps our team very busy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
