DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLEAR & SOLID VINYL:
Clear: Colors are transparent, any white in designs will be clear showing the shirt color, applies best on White/light colors for max color vibrancy. Black ink can apply on any color. Outlines can be Solid Color or Clear

Solid: Colors are opaque, the shirt color won't show through the vinyl, colors will stay vibrant when applied on either light or dark fabrics. Outlines must be a Solid Color or White

Custom designs/Add On Text can be made with any text/name EXCEPT we reserve the right to refuse:
*profanity, swear/curse words, foul language or similar (specifically 3 & 4 letters words that start with a, b, f or s), either written out, abbreviated, letters replaced with symbols, additional letters added to disguise the word, letters scrambled
*derogatory or demeaning
*offensive to any group or culture
*any references to drugs or violence

Items will be refunded

-Type text as you want it to appear
-Text will be formatted exactly as shown in the listing photo
-Specify any fonts changes or default will be as shown

-We apologize in advance, but we are unable to provide proofs of custom items either before the order is placed or shipped

Any regular text font (no doodle font or pattern letters) in our Etsy shop or Shopify store can be used for Add On Text / designs with Custom Text and/or Monograms

Make sure to specify the font number in the "Add Your Personalization" box along with the text, otherwise the default will be as shown in the main photo

Designs that are specified **Text cannot be changed** means the font also cannot be changed

All Colors/Patterns/Designs can be printed on all materials, except White/Clear, these are not printed but the actual material color

In vinyl if you need White, you must select the Solid option

Our production time is
1-2 business days for Iron On Transfer Vinyl Opaque/Transparent/Glitter
2-3 business days for Iron On Transfer Iridescent & All Sticker materials

Once items are added to the cart, you can see the total shipping cost per order (not per item)
Upgrades are available in the cart & apply for shipping time only

Shipping time is:
1-5 days for First Class/Ground Advantage
1-3 days for Priority Mail (upgrade available in the cart)

We do not offer rush processing, but we always ship orders as soon as they are completed

All items are packaged in plastic bags to protect against moisture and then shipped in rigid cardboard envelopes/boxes with a tracking number

We cannot accept physical Returns/Exchanges as all items are custom printed and made to order for each customer

If you are unhappy with your item for any Reason (size, color, etc EXCEPT Production errors)
Email us with the item and reason, we will either issue a coupon code on Etsy or a store credit on our Shopify store, for 50% of the original merchandise amount paid, to remake the item or to use for a different item.

No cash refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason

Cancellations must be made on the same day the order is placed and/or as long as production has not begun yet

Any errors made by SBS during production will be replaced at no charge as quickly as possible, via standard ground shipping.

Shipping Damage:
All packages are insured against damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and all items, and we will start the claim process. Once the claim has been approved by USPS, we will either replace or issue store credit

Application/Washing Damage:
If your transfer/sticker is damaged during application or washing, email us a photo of the item, and we will issue a credit on our Shopify store for the merchandise amount only No credit will be given for original or replacement shipping costs or other physical items damaged

Order Errors:
We sincerely apologize if an error is made on your order, email us a photo of the item and we will send the corrected item right away.
