To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• We guarantee there are no additional fees or any type of taxes import tax, customs duty or other taxes on the fallow continents: USA, European Union and Australia.
For Canada and United Kingdom deliveries may be required additional fees during delivery according to these countries legislation (10% - 22%).

- COLOR AND ITEM SPECIFICATION -
The color of the bag may actually have slightly different color tones than it looks on your device. This is due to the different features of the displays from which the images are viewed.
All our products are hand made from the highest quality full grain leather, tanned vegetable in Tuscany. Being a natural bovine leather and tanned vegetable, may have certain small scratches present on the leather. They are natural and cannot be removed. The lab does everything it can to use those parts of the leather in less visible parts of the bag.
These specifications indicated above will not be considered as defects or flows. Thank you for appreciating our hard work to create these handbags.

We cover manufacturer defects in leather workmanship and hardware by replacement of your bag or a gift certificate if the bag is no longer available.
