Regarding colors, please note: Colors on the digital proofs and photographs are represented as accurately as possible. We calibrate our computers here regularly. However, all computer screens, monitors, and devices are calibrated differently, therefore we cannot be responsible if the color on your screen does not match the actual color. Please note there are many many shades of each color, so please contact us if you have a specific color need so we can see if we have that available. We also offer samples on many of our items so you can order a random sample of a previous order to check the color, size, material etc before placing a customized order.

A basic rule-of-thumb is 4 napkins per guest. This will vary depending upon the length and type of reception. Be mindful that you will want to order more than needed, especially if they will be used for multiple locations throughout the evening. We recommend, if ordering a larger quantity, not putting the date on all the napkins so the remaining napkins may be used at your new home.

We accept returns on non-customized items. Please contact us within 14 days to receive a return authorization. Shipping is non-refundable.
Custom items are made just for you, therefore we are unable to accept returns and those sales are final. If you receive your customized order and there is an error, you must contact us within 3 business days.

Please Note: Shatterproof and Stadium cups are dishwasher safe however they will have a longer life if handwashed. Your city's water and type of dishwasher can affect the life of the print.

Personalized items come with a free digital proof. The proof(s) are sent via Etsy message 4-6 business days after the order is placed.This is for you to inspect and make sure we get it right before it hits the press. Please do it promptly so we may get the order into the production queue as quickly as possible. If you have any changes, it must be noted before the proof is approved.
We always print a tight registration, however registration accuracy is not guaranteed, as due to the nature of the printer and the item being printed, it is possible to have a slight variation of placement.
