1 out of 5 starsUpdate: the seller refuses to acknowledge the defect in the product. Refuses to issue a refund even if i ship the product back with my own money. Says all her candles have defects. And told me to deal with etsy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. The candle pour was damaged and I will be asking for a refund. Extremely disappointed as this was a wedding gift. Not worth the price based on the quality i received.

1 out of 5 starsBoth items showed up damaged (presumably in transit or due to cold weather/packaging?) I couldn’t light the candles because the cement had cracked and the wax dripped out whenever it was heated. Unusable and went to waste unfortunately, along with 100$ since there are no returns 😔. Would recommend better packaging perhaps so this does not happen again?

While I don't offer refunds, I do want you to be happy with your product, so please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist you. Make sure to message or email right away. If item was damaged, please include pictures of the damage and we will go from there.
