Our small wooden toys are sturdy, but not unbreakable. No wooden toys are. A fracture is a condition that comes with using wood. Children may be advised and prompted to use caution with their special toys. However, if something breaks, you can repair the damage with wood glue.

We’re unable to provide a replacement parts of broken rainbow pieces. It’s not because we’re not nice and don’t want to, but each rainbow is made of one piece of wood and that makes each pieces slightly unique (hence why no company will be able to provide it). Even if we gave you the same part from a different rainbow it might not fit your rainbow perfectly. Small breakages can easily be fixed with a wood glue.

After careful consideration we regret to inform that decided not to accept anymore returns. We had issues with customers not reading the product description & returning. Since we include shipping fees in most listings we cannot afford to pay it and refund entirely based on that.
Please be aware that we will replace or refund items if there’s something wrong with your order - don’t hesitate to contact us about that. We will fix all the issues, don’t worry!

Etsy is a handmade international market and toy safety age regulations depend on the country. Technically speaking, based on EU standards most toys should be officially marked as unsafe for 0-3 ages, even things like infant gym toys or even baby rattles since they have smaller objects that make the noise inside.

Please use your own judgement when giving your child any toy. For instance, do not give a child that’s still actively mouthing things a wooden rainbow as they will get splinters when the wood is chewed on.
