Scandi Wooden Houses - Designed by us and made in York, England.

The Bear and Rose Wooden Scandi House sets bring the winter village vibes straight into your home.

These gorgeous pieces are designed in-house by our team and made from start to finish in our workshop in York, UK. With 5 different house designs, it's like a mini festive village with the added optional extra hygge thanks to the LED strips we can provide for each house.

Intricately laser cut and then hand finished, the houses have carved out windows to let the beautiful candle light shine through the wood. As these items are made from wood, we strongly state that real candles are NOT used inside these. We provide an additional option at checkout for 5x LED wire lights.

We use the finest 6mm thick, sustainably sourced wood veneer for our products, which are FSC approved.

Made from each of our quality wood finishes: maple, oak, walnut and black painted oak and supplied in our standard colour mix - as per the photographs - one each of the finishes plus an additional oak house.

Although our standard colour mix will suit most decors beautifully, in order for you to have the perfect set for your home, you can now specify a different mix of colours (from the same wood selection: Oak, Walnut, Black Painted Oak, Maple).

Just select this as your chosen option and leave a note in the personalisation area to let us know what your mix is - for example, all Oak, mix of black & maple.

Measurements:
When all houses are lined up as shown they measure a total of 35.5cm wide and 20cm high.

Individual measurements are as follows: from the house on the left (whitewash) to the house on the right (oak), the measurements are as follows:

House 1 - maple, 2 windows
Width 8.2cm, depth 7cm, height to the flat back and sides 7.2cm, height to the point on the front 11.4cm

House 2 - black painted, tall house
Width 5.6cm, depth 5.6cm, height to the flat back and sides 14.6cm, height to the point on the front 20cm

House 3 - oak with round window at top and 4 windows

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping and mail industries have been particularly affected.

Domestic (UK) delivery has now generally returned to normal. We send UK orders using either Royal Mail 1st Class, or DHL Next Day delivery. If you've been waiting a week from dispatch, please get in touch.

For International items, we are still seeing some delays, with US and Canada deliveries being particularly affected and taking up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please get in touch if your international delivery hasn't arrived within 3-4 weeks.

We take great pride in our packaging - and take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including layers of air cushioning or tissue paper, custom made protective cardboard and labelling up of “Fragile”.

However the fragile nature of some of our products mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that any damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - and photographs of the damaged item with the packaging would be appreciated. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible.

If you have recently made your order and we haven’t yet made it for you, you can cancel for any reason. Once the item has been made it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised or personalised items.

We will accept returns of non customised items (geometric animals etc) as long as they are returned in the same condition as sent, unused and at buyers cost. We will issue the refund upon safe receipt of the items.

We always recommend that you ask for a mock up of a name or quote etc before ordering, so you can check you will be 100% happy with how it looks in a particular font.

We offer mock ups free of charge - which are computer images that we can send back to you via messages or email. We would rather ensure that you are completely happy with personalised orders before we go ahead and make it.

These houses are so well made and I am totally in love with them. Exactly as described and what I wanted for my little village home decor scene. I bought the lights as well but have ended up using a set of my own string lights that are mains powered so I don't have to switch all 5 sets off that came with the houses every night 😂 #lazy. I asked for no black and a mix of the rest and that's what I got. They are probably my fave purchase for a while now. Thank you very much Bear & Rose for my beautiful houses! I may well be back for more ☺️
